Returns and Exchanges
At Mode Mystique, we understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange a product. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that your returns and exchanges are processed efficiently.
Return EligibilityWe accept returns and exchanges for the following situations:
- Received damaged or defective items.
- Received the wrong item.
- Changed your mind or not satisfied with the product.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach them at customerservice@modemystique.com.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags and labels.
- Ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For eligible returns, we will process refunds to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
- If you prefer an exchange, please inform our Customer Support Team during the return initiation process. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item.
Please note that some items may be marked as "Final Sale," and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly indicated in the product description.
