      Return Requirements

        Shipping Costs
          • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
          • If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
          Refunds and Exchanges
            • For eligible returns, we will process refunds to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
            • If you prefer an exchange, please inform our Customer Support Team during the return initiation process. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item.
